• Hoopmax is not responsible for issues arising from misuse or improper machine settings.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in INR (Indian Ruppes) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our accepted payment methods.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

• For physical products such as threads, stabilizers, needles, and bobbins, shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout.
• Digital embroidery designs are delivered electronically upon successful payment. Ensure your email address is accurate.

 

6. Refunds and Exchanges

• Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available for downloaded embroidery designs. If you experience issues with a file, please contact us for assistance.
• For physical products, we accept returns or exchanges only for damaged or defective items within 5 days. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
